On April 1, 2025 Amerimind AI acquired proprietary software to be used in the United States and throughout the globe (except Canada). Amerimind AI seeks to be the white label provider of AI-driven mental health technology for not-for-profit agencies and charitable organizations aimed at improving first responder mental health.

Because mental health and physical health are inextricably tied, the Amerimind proprietary technology is designed to help its users understand that what they are “feeling” is “real”. The technology is meant as an early indicator of stressors of the mind prompting users to get the support they need—whether that is peer support or a professional mental health practitioner.

Amerimind AI’s development team is constantly improving its software with 2 new releases each month.
